However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and fabric materials.

Many Press & Vibe products are printed specifically for customers after an order is placed.
Orders are submitted for production according to our fulfillment schedule.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on production schedules, shipping carriers, destination, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing shipping issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because many Press & Vibe products are made to order, returns and exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections are generally not accepted.
However, customers who receive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise should contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.

When custom merchandise is offered, customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted text, images, and designs are accurate and that they have permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production begins, except where required by law or covered by our defect policy.
